About us
Growing up in a small town in southwest Oklahoma, the incredibly colorful, vivid sunsets often seen in the western sky are something I have always longed to preserve in photograph. Today, I have captured MANY sunsets, and I look forward to capturing many more! Sunsets are really where my love for photography began.
My first photos would have been taken on polaroids and old timey film cameras (that I no longer own, sadly) in the 90's, moving on to cell phone cameras when those became a thing in the early 2000's.
My first serious camera actually flew. My DJI Air 3, inspiring the play on my last name to create HawkLens Photography. That was the fall of 2023. Click Read More to learn more of my story and journey with photography!
